1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (“Code”) outlines the standards of behavior expected from all employees, contractors, partners, and representatives of IAC 2026, especially during participation in the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2026 and all related events, exhibitions, and communications.

The Code ensures that all professional interactions reflect the values of integrity, respect, innovation, and responsibility, in line with international best practices and the values upheld by the IAC community.


2. Professional Integrity and Honesty

  • We conduct our business honestly and transparently.

  • We do not engage in bribery, corruption, fraud, or any unethical advantage.

  • All scientific, technological, or commercial information we present is accurate and verifiable.

  • We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflict promptly.


3. Respect and Inclusivity

  • We treat all individuals with dignity, fairness, and respect, regardless of race, gender, nationality, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or cultural background.

  • We support diversity and inclusion in all team and stakeholder interactions.

  • We respect differing opinions and encourage constructive dialogue in conferences, technical sessions, and exhibitions.


4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • We protect all confidential information entrusted to us, including third-party data and business communications.

  • We do not share, disclose, or misuse intellectual property without proper authorization.

  • Any knowledge shared in technical presentations or collaborative discussions will be protected as agreed by NDA or conference rules.


5. Scientific and Technical Responsibility

  • We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and responsibility in our technical submissions, research, and innovations.

  • We give proper credit for others' work and avoid plagiarism or misrepresentation.

  • We comply with the publication, presentation, and data-sharing guidelines established by the IAC and IAF.


6. Compliance with Law and Regulations

  • We comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to trade, export control, data privacy, and intellectual property.

  • We abide by the regulations and policies of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the local organizers of IAC 2026 in Antalya.


7. Environmental and Social Responsibility

  • We promote sustainable practices in our operations, including the development, display, and transportation of our space-related technologies.

  • We seek to minimize our environmental footprint and support efforts that contribute to a responsible and sustainable future in space and on Earth.


8. Reporting Violations

  • Any violation of this Code should be reported in good faith to company management or the designated ethics officer.

  • We ensure that no retaliation will be made against individuals who report concerns honestly and responsibly.


9. Enforcement

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from participation in IAC-related activities, legal action, or termination of business relationships, depending on the severity of the breach.


10. Commitment

By participating in IAC 2026 and representing IAC 2026, all team members and affiliates commit to upholding this Code and acting as responsible ambassadors of the global space community.
